negative & positive experience

my son went to the out of hours doctors with a temp and conjunctivitis. The doctor was very good checking his eye and temp but I explained I couldn't get my sons temp to go down he didn't bother checking him to find the cause and I later found out after another trip to the doctor he has a bad case of tonsillitis and must of been in a lot of pain. I feel the doctor dealt with one of the problems but didn't worry about the temp which was causing me great concern.
