I would never use this service again

I called on a Saturday at 4pm and then every hour after that as they said the doctor was on call and will come out. 8am on the Sunday I got a call for an appointment at 9.15am at Kirkley Mill. They apologized about the wait. I was very breathless as I have Emphysema and found it a challenge to get to Kirkley Mill. When I arrived they said I should have called 999. I was under the impression that 111 would have done that if it was deemed necessary at the time.
