Phoned for help, received none
I would give zero stars if able. I phoned First Response for NSFT on behalf of a family member. The person who answered the phone sounded uninterested. I read out a statement regarding how the person I called for was feeling and was then asked how she was feeling. Was told to call the duty worker in the morning, suggested A&E if we felt it was necessary. Told we could call again!!!!! That was the total support offered.
