I attended the mindfulness workshop for positive wellbeing (helps with depression and anxiety) and I have been blown away at how great this free course is. It's changed and improved my life so much. I would highly recommend this 8 week course. I have learned so many techniques to help me turn things around in my life. With drug therapy from the NHS and therapy from Mind and this mindfulness course things have changed for the best and I'm truly grateful. I am less anxious due to the tools offered on this course, sad thoughts don't affect me so much, I am kinder to myself and others and traumatic memories are becoming manageable with EMDR offered at The Anchor. Being mindful and present in my life has turned things around for me. This course is excellent.
