Addenbrookes Hospital



poor management skills

On two occasions I have been let down by the hospital. They have on both occasions lacked customer/patient care or management skills. I would go back there for treatment. I was sent down to premed for a discussion prior to an operation but arrived at 16.15 only to be told by staff they didn't have time to talk to me and to come back on Monday which is a 100 mile round trip.
