Care was excellent

Care was excellent but communication is not good. I called urology department three times but never had a call back. Written communication is also not great. I sent a letter on 30 May a response was typed up on the 15/6 and i received the letter today 21st June. The letter was completely at odds with what I was told last Thursday which is very difficult to understand. The healthcare assistant on the ward my husband stayed on was very good and was really great with him.
