It is great that I am able to get my hearing aids checked here and the batteries too. It is local for me and very convenient, as I have no transport.

Excellent for treatment now they have moved the cancer treatment back here. I was going to Ipswich for it, so less travel having harsh treatment is much better for my wellbeing

Local access to chemo appreciated

I really appreciate being able to access chemotherapy here. They did stop it for a while and travelling to Ipswich was much more tiring, but it's back here now (I was told it was due to staffing when it changed).
They take my bloods 3-weekly at home, which is very convenient. They are such lovely people and grateful for this local service.

Caring and professional

District nurses based at Aldeburgh hospital are caring for my husband at our home. He has a sarcoma. The nurses are very caring and very professional.

Skeletal Dept, brought me back from being unable to function after major surgery to able to walk and enjoy life again. Whilst waiting, may I also praise Ipswich Hospital orthopedic dept. for their excellent work.

Receptionists unaware of the clinics

The receptionists at Aldborough Hospital were not aware of the clinics that are based in the hospital - and were not able to cancel an appointment for me when I had to cancel also could not give me a telephone number, I have since got contact no for Suffolk Community Healthcare
