Rude unprofessional receptionists

Recently in March 22 spent ten minutes waiting for the phone to be answered only for the receptionist to say hello and then immediately put the phone down on me, called again and this time had to wait twenty minutes for phone to be answered - was ringing to cancel appointment as had covid - this is not the first time this has happened to me - absolutely shocking customer service!!! Haven't managed to see Doctor for years..
