Please make extended hours available

If I go to the GPs with my child, who has complex health issues, we get an appointment with a GP. However, if it's for me then it's less easy to get any kind of appointment. Then I learned of extended hours and was surprised that I hadn't been offered this option. I don't mind seeing any GP at a different venue if necessary but this has never been offered.
