Telephone lines need to be better

Ringing up today was difficult. I rang 50 times on my mobile and finally got through. Our GP is excellent as we have children with medical conditions. Not seeing him today though unfortunately as he is only 3 days a week. He has great bedside manner and says hi if you see him elsewhere. Another GP just isn’t the same, so that’s not so good. Seeing Nurse practitioner today.
