Rude receptionist is not acceptable

There is one receptionist Who is continually so rude in how she speaks to you on the telephone or if you walk in. You get offered an appointment in 2 weeks which when you are ill that day is no good to anyone. Getting told ‘that’s the way it is’ is just not acceptable.
