No face-to-face contact with GPs

My stepfather is unable to obtain an appointment to see his GP. A callback is not an appointment to see your GP, an offer to come in and see the nurse practitioner (after complaining to the receptionists about their blocking tactics) is not an appointment to see your GP. My stepfather is in need of a face-to-face appointment. You cannot perform remote diagnostics via a telephone call.
