Good but staff shortages.

Staff shortages at weekends that I notice affects people being assisted with eating or going to the toilet.
Excellent. The only problem is not enough staff at meal times.

When I leave my wife here I have confidence that she will be well looked after. All I find is that they do not have enough staff to continue to feed her. I try to come in to feed her to help out as I like my food hot and so I know does my wife, but they give her a couple of mouthfuls and move on to another resident, which I understand, but by the time they come back her food is cold

Lovely staff. The dementia cafe is lovely, bringing families together to support each other
