Refused to see us again

Due to the pain and the waiting times, we went for an initial PRIVATE physio appointment and was advised accordingly by them. When the first appointment came through with AHP, we had said that we had been to a PRIVATE physio, and they promptly told us that we can not see them again if going to the private one. We did a re-referral a few months later and gained access again now.
