Made an effort to be helpful

After a 6 week break due to traumatic happenings I wasn't sure of how to go about staring back at Open Gym (transport problems still an issue). I rang number on car given by GP a long time ago when the problem began. The person who answered was pleasant but said the time was 11 o'clock on the Tuesday I felt I could start back. She didn't seem sure when I said it had been 10.30 before (conflicting times). I went for 10.30 and was told by receptionist that it was 11 o'clock now. I felt a bit distressed. The receptionist arranged for me to have a chat with the physiotherapist at 11 o'clock. Was able to get home again as pre-arrange.
