Not as good as it should be

Although the premises has good standard of cleanliness, I cannot say the same for the standard of staff. Attitudes are not always as you would expect in a so called 'care' environment. It makes it worse when you have to wait beyond a reasonable amount of time, as it is not easy to then raise that with the staff for fear of a negative response.
