Andaman Surgery


Long wait on telephone

When 'phoning' the surgery for anything, whether it be for an appointment, test results or a general inquiry there is usually an enormously long wait before the phone is answered. Once you get an appointment the surgery usually is running on time. The staff do not always have a very good attitude as I am sure they get many patients that are not happy with the waiting on the phone.
