Always excellent

Always found the service excellent. I use the online form and it usually is for something non-urgent, so I tend to get a call back within 2 days, which is fine for non-urgent stuff. You do not know though a timescale, so that may be helpful. I have always got a face to face appointment if I have needed one for either myself or my child. Really good service.
