I use online and works well

Personally I can use the online system and it works fine for me. I generally get a call in a couple of days, though no time is given, which can be an issue. Even if you call in you won't get a time slot for a call back. I understand this is difficult, but if there was any way to do that, I know it would help some patients. The professional who calls I find is very thorough with questions and I have only had to go in once, the other times things have been sorted over the phone, and it has been fine.
