They don't listen to carers guidance

We have Anglia Care in to support my relative, they are good that they come but they sadly do not listen to requests made by the family carer. They are asked to make contact at a certain time but they do not keep to this sadly so it is not effective as what it could be which is frustrating. It doesnt feel like they are always caring with such a quick call and so I ask if it is helpful or not.

In April 23 I had a hip replacement and the hospital occupational therapist made contact with Anglia Care Trust to come in and give me some help for a while, she would have done anything practically, she was wonderful, I had her come for 6 weeks, she mainly did housework and other smaller practical tasks and also the time to talk with me and my husband was also beneficial to my recovery, she never rushed she was just there to give her time and support and she lifted my spirits.
