No Pharmacist

went to collect urgent prescription. Pharmacist had left site with no contact details and no other staff able to dispense. We waited a long time for her to return to no avail. Woman in opticians was rude and patronising

Unable to get a local flu job so on the off chance phoned at 9.00 p.m. and spoke to [a member of staff]. Drove down and had a flu jab at 9.45 p.m. Great service. [Staff member delivering jab ] was friendly, efficient and helpful as was the [other member of staff] in the pharmacy. Asked for advice and bought some other medication whilst there. Will absolutely use this pharmacy in the future. Excellent service and easy to park!

Generally when I visit the pharmacy I receive okay service from some of the younger members of staff. The last couple of times though I have felt unwelcome and patronised. I have been lectured about not attending the opticians as often as I should - with the member of staff telling me “I would not watch my children grow up”. Today when I visited the pharmacy I asked about a prescription that I put in on Saturday; I was told it would be ready on Monday. I went in today and was more or less laughed at, being told that “obviously it wouldn’t be ready until Wednesday”. Unfortunately there are very few options for a late night pharmacy, otherwise I likely wouldn’t use them again.

I went for a medication review at the pharmacy. The Pharmacist was great but advised I should see my GP as the medication I was on didn't seem to be working well. I was really pleased with how good they were.
