Relative had an awful experience here.

Complete lack of communication with any relatives. Huge decline in my relatives mental health yet still not a single call from the home. COVID visiting rules ridiculous, two weeks advance booking for a half hour visit in a tiny room, more like a prison visit than a care home! Relatives reports call bell regularly turned off but they were not attended to. Unable to comment on the cleanliness due to not seeing the inside of the home!
