Mendlesham Medical Group - Manor Farm Surgery


Very good borderline excellent

Normally v quick to get an appointment with doctor or nurse, clinical staff appear to listen and respond well to patient need, and to follow up on concerns. Sometimes appointment times are delayed, but this is due to staff being thorough with patients and giving them time. Only negative point - no proper open surgery PPI group - a group of 'friends' does not suffice. Practice manager curiously defensive on this.
