Very unhappy with service

I need extensive treatment, I have severe anxiety and I’m needlephobic. The work I need is not offered on the NHS, my only choice is to go private- which I cannot afford. I’m 41 and I’m going to loose my teeth and I can’t be helped unless I get myself into debt by taking out a loan to go private! Why can I not access the treatment I need on the NHS???? Getting an appointment is almost impossible- my daughter is nearly 4, every appointment she has had booked is re-scheduled, she has never seen a dentist, this can’t be right!!!!!!? It’s a shambles! A referral was made on my behalf as I need sedation to have work done, my referral was denied, I wasn’t notified by my dentist, I waited 5 months thinking there was a delay due to covid, I contacted the referral dentist myself only to find it ad been rejected 4 days after it had been sent! I waited 5 months with my gum and tooth health deteriorating rapidly and wasn’t contacted at all!!! I am still no further forward, I’m going to loose my teeth and it feels like unless I pay to go private it’s tough luck!!!!
