Responsive today

Overall the service has been pretty good and today it was very responsive to my needs. I rang up at about 9am, so not first thing, so was surprised to get a call back 20 minutes later and they asked me to come this morning. All running on time and they dealt with the issues making a referral for me. No timescales given on that though. On this occasion I could come in at short notice, but on another occasion I would have liked to come in the next day, but was told I would then have to ring up on that specific day. That for me is something I feel could make things better.
