Useful help.

Useful help. Referred to hospital physio, exercise classes which has helped , plus change in pain killers. I have continuous backpain. My back was operated on a number of years ago. My GP suggested I refer myself to the physio hospital exercises classes. Making the referral was straightforward. I have started a weekly 8 week course. The exercises are making a difference. I am now doing exercises at home. It is easy to make appointments at the surgery. The GPs are good.
