Excellent

I am housebound. I had a terrible chesty cough and called the surgery about 11 am. A nurse practitioner came out to see by 3 pm. She prescribed me antibiotics and asked if I would be able to get someone to get them. I could not by the end of that day but would be able to in the morning. She was keen for me to start them that day so she went herself o the Two Rivers pharmacy and got the prescription. This is beyond what I expect and I am very grateful that the staff at this surgery are so kind as I know they are very busy.
