Faultless

The new telephone triag system is brilliant . No waiting days and days for an appointment. Access directly to GP. We are fortunate to have an efficient and effective system in place.Cannot understand why all practices do not adopt the same system. Whenever I have had to ring I have been dealt with courteously by the receptionists and have always had a speedy call back by GP resulting in an appointment within a few hours.No complaints at all.The health centre is bright and welcoming and the cleanliness very good
