Beccles Hospital



The appointment system is unacceptable

As Kirkley Mill is unacceptable we find it is better to drive the six miles to Beccles. The "appointment system" is unacceptable. When it was at Lowestoft Hospital - an excellent service managed by one volunteer. Kirkley Mill employs two people plus the volunteer who used to do it alone. The appointment is never the day you ring up. Also, it is not a decent bus route.
