Did not know how to access language line

I arrived in the country in July 2016. Suffolk Refugee Support (SRS) booked me an appointment at the dentist and booked Language Line. When I arrived the Dentist did not have the language line number and in the end SRS got me a volunteer interpreter on the phone. I went back a few days later for an emergency appointment as I was in a lot of pain with wisdom teeth. The dentist hardly had a look and sent me away. That evening I went to A&E and they have me a pain killer injection.
