Like a hotel

I was referred to the BMI hospital by AHP physio team to have my hip replacement operation, it was like a hotel. I went back for a 6 month check up then I went back to physio at the hospital 3 times afterwards.

Much quicker procedure

I was referred to BMI from West Suffolk Hospital and this meant that I had the procedure much more quickly than would have otherwise been the case, which was good. The food wasn't great but I was told that was due to a change of supplier. The older nurses weren't friendly because I was NHS funded but the younger were ok

Excellent treatment. Food very good.

Hip replacement done on NHS was wonderful. Food was outstanding and I can't fault the care and follow up provided.
