Ibuprofen 12 hour not carried anymore

Why would you remove a vital pain reliever from a health centre pharmacy? I take 2, 12 hr ibuprofen twice daily for my arthritis which works great in conjunction with CBD. This equates to almost 8 boxes of 16 per month But my health centre pharmacy does not stock it anymore. This seems ludicrous to me. I don’t want to be taking pills every 4 hrs.
