Very impressed with the pharmacist

I went to the pharmacist to ask if they had something for cystitis and once I explained my symptoms he was concerned that I had something more than that, he advised me to call 111 which I did and they got me an appointment quickly it was at the weekend too and as a result they prescribed me antibiotic. The pharmacist was absolutely excellent in his advice and also for caring enough to say I might need something more.
