Long wait on the phone
I've been 38 in the queue and waited an hour on the phone to speak to someone. I like the continuity with the doctors but it's not easy and can be very difficult if you're not online. My job doesn't allow me to call at the times the practice wants but I'm told that for non urgent issues that calling at those times is the only way to get an appointment. I've complained in the past but feel that the response has been that you can always leave.
