Right to Respond

Healthwatch is committed to providing a transparent and honest view of health and social care services. This is your opportunity as the health or social care provider to have your say on comments the public have left. It is designed to be constructive and allow both sides to have a fair and equal say in the matter so please:

  • Keep the language and tone civil
  • Don't mention personal details
  • Make it relevant to the review

Remember, your response will be seen by everyone who reads your organisation's comments, not just the original reviewer. Your reply is a good opportunity to acknowledge any comments received.

Text message not received this month

I normally get a text message to say my medication is ready to pick up but this month it didn't happen for some reason, I was then told by staff not to rely on it but that's what you're meant to do so you don't come down before it's ready. I ended up running out of medication while I was waiting for the text. Other than prescriptions I don't really use the surgery much but when I do it works fine to get appointments.
