Respectful staff

Its been good so far. The staff are respectful and always do their best to get you in and seen. The phone today was busy but it didn't take long to get through and I was given an appointment with a GP by staff after speaking to them and explaining the issue. I don't feel that there is anything that needs to change and all staff I've had contact with have been lovely and explain issues well.
