Running so far behind

The cost of calling the surgery due to the long waits on the phone are concerning. I arranged todays appointment but they are running so far behind that I may have to go, It's more diffcult as I've brought someone with me for a different appointment and they need to go. I've been told I need the appointment to discuss test results. It's all a bit frustrating today.
