Busy surgery

The phones are busy (1/2 hour waits) and at times when I've got through there are no appointments left and I've been advised to call back the next day but more often than not I've been given an appointment. I do see different doctors and that does mean that I have to repeat my history with an ongoing condition. Getting medication from the dispensary does take about a week to get what is needed.
