village persons = 1900, Plus 8100 others?

Almost 9000 NON-RESIDENTS USING SURGERY? Was great when first moved to village, got to see Dr on regular basis. Two villages combined residents is approximately 1900. Now takes weeks just to get appointment. CANNOT BOOK ONLINE.... EVER! Plus not forget 1HR LUNCH, when receptionist goes to lunch?? Or pharmacy closes too for lunch, at cost only to patients who line up outside around car park for hours to collect. My GP, thought we’d moved away since last was over 12 months and I’m prescribed restricted medications that should be monitored. WORST PART is the Pharmacy... since they got rid of resident pharmacist..... online repeat prescription turn-around was 2 Days 2018, then after changes 4, 5 and written signs claim 10 days or more? But realistically now averaging up to 30? Put December repeat in online on 6th Dec 2019, as of 23rd still not fulfilled? Medical staff are very helpful, and do try their best... and should not be faulted, since working environment is NOT welcoming/or doesn’t appear to support Medical Staff. Counter staff can be very short, and spitefully nosey. Discussing their interactions at full volume for waiting patients to hear them laugh, mock and scoff about those they interact with. Website is awful and NOT mobile friendly... 72pt text, so basic and boring, with intermittent functioning texts. The BUDGET CUTS can be seen visually, in appearance and staff attitudes. 6 min appointment allotment is not enough.
