Very well looked after

My husband is at this home and he is very we looked after. Staff are lovely,, he has many activities to do and I am happy he is there
Friendly, accomodating but understaffed

My father was given 2 weeks respite after being cared for at home by his wife and carers. Solebay staff immediately noted neglected pressure sores and promptly got the help from professionals. Dad has now been given a permanent home at Britten Court and is doing very well, even though he has advancing Alzheimer's. More staffing appears to be a problem. I would consider a post if the hourly rate wasn't so poor! Under valued staff, underpaid staff trying to got he extra mile.
