Quality of care

My mother is a resident here and suffers from dementia. I can not rate the quality of care she receives highly enough. Yes the food is excellent and the bedrooms and lounges clean and well equipped but it is the quality of care I am so pleased with. They keep me informed if doctors are asked to visit her or any problem arises. Any questions are usually quickly answered and any concerns I might have noted. If I make a request or suggestion then it is acted upon and I am always greeted with a smile or a wave if they are busy. I have visited various care homes and I am so glad my mother is here
