Bungay Medical Practice


Online systems not great

In for an annual blood test that they contacted me about. I would like to use the on line system to book appointments but it was not great. I have not yet needed to book but I just do not like using the telephone. You used to be able to give in your repeat prescriptions but unable to now, this is not a great system for my elderly father to use.
