I am so grateful for the help and advise I recieved when i first moved into this area, and for the ongoing support I have recieved from the staff. Thank you all for the kindness and helpfulness.
Always very efficient

I have found them to always be efficient. They text to say my prescription is ready for collection. The staff are friendly and good at their job.
Always seen when required

This practice is very caring and efficient. They have treated me well for personal health problems and support when my wife was terminally ill.
Consistency with tablets

This has been difficult for me as they have 'chopped and changed' my medication. Changing certain tablets to different suppliers made me unwell short term. There was a 'communication issue', they said. I now get what agrees with my system again. I'd prefer to get 2 months supply at once rather than monthly as I can sometimes forget and then panic I'm running out. As I have a long term condition I do not see why this cannot be done.
