Where are the GP's?

With many issues, I would have hoped to have seen a GP, but this NEVER happens. The GP's are nowhere to be seen, as they just do ringbacks. I ask others who are patients here and they have same experience. With multiple health conditions I do feel I am a patient that warrants seeing a GP, but it is just not happening.
