Burlington Road Surgery


Lack of communication

Appointments are difficult to get and because I don't have a phone I rely on my daughter to be around to make the call but because you have to call first thing to have any chance it makes it more difficult. Because they don't allow you to go in and arrange appointment at reception you have to phone.
