Burlington Road Surgery


Difficult to get through on phone

It took 12 attempts this morning to get through before I could even join the queue, I was then held for 10 minutes which is difficult when you are trying to get children ready for school.. Even for routine appointments you have to call on the day which makes it difficult to plan. Reception staff vary, I was told this morning that my child wouldn't have what I thought they had, then I was made to feel guilty about wanting the appointment.
