Unreliable and actively abrasive

I would go months without any contact. I would repeatedly ring to try and speak to people with no joy. The online waiting room didn't work so I'd be sat in there waiting for my appointment so long i'd miss it. I repeatedly asked to know when my appointment would be to just be repeatedly sent a link to a teams meeting instead of just being told the time and date. With it taking me over 10 phone calls to finally find out when my appointment was. I find it hard to have any faith or trust in the team as it honestly feels like some members are being purposely difficult and malicious
