Bury South Integrated Delivery Team (IDT) - Norfolk & Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust


Discharged over a thousand of us with no noti

I am upset that over a thousand of us have been dumped into Suffolk MIND and the promised services within IDT have not been available and although IDT are promising that MIND can offer daily, weekly monthly and all other times between, MINDs website and welcome letter offer a call once a fortnight for up to 20 minutes, no clinical or NHS support (no crisis line, although you can call first response from NSFT, but my 4 experiences of that over the last 10 days has been awful. IDT have handled my care badly and refuse to say how a charity is equal to NHS care offered by IDT, I'm so surprised there is not more suicidal people around.
