No show for a face-2-face appt psychologist

I was re-referred back to IDT by GP- several phone calls by them to eventually get a medication review. Been on a wait list since May, get a call about 1 a month to check my suicidal risk. Was offered so took an online workshop with Psychologist, after that surprisingly offered a follow up appt. Turned up go the appt, staff looked puzzled- after 5 minutes I’m told of [they're] not here. [They’ll] call you to rearrange. This service is detrimental to my MH.
