Rude and uncaring I would think twice before putting anyone here. My grandad with dementia was put in this home on the understanding of the high quality of care promised, however the way my gramps was spoken to by a youngish male member of staff has left me disgusted we will be moving gramps to a new home asap. Be warned before you put your loved ones in here

Very good facilities, staff and general care

Very good care home, excellent care and attention was provided for my father during his short illness and after he sadly passed away my mother was provided with excellent support and care.
Have always found all of the staff to be extremely helpful.

Insufficient exercises, more entertainment around brain exercises required (this should be in addition to existing) Dirty carpets. More brain food diet less stodge.
